Alex is currently a student at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo Italy, where she is a candidate for a Master’s in Food Culture and Communication. She has joined the Seedling Projects team as an Outreach and Communications Intern. Alex is not only passionate about delicious and responsibly produced food, but also about the dining experience and promoting a food culture within an individual’s own community. She once thought it wasn’t possible to work in a world where she was surrounded by what she loves, food, but now her dreams are coming into fruition as she aspires to be the bridge that connects amazing food producers who are doing things all the right way, with consumers who are hungry to be a part of the ever growing food movement. Outside of eating, you can find Alex reading through cook books and food blogs, searching for the next tasty treat to create or a new restaurant adventure.
