Pickles Criteria
In order to be eligible for a Good Pickles must meet the following criteria:
• Ingredients are foraged or grown locally,*
o With respect for seasonality.
o Without synthetic inputs including herbicides, pesticides, fungicides and fertilizer.
o Without any artificial ingredients.
o Without GMOs.
*Vinegar and ingredients that make up a small percentage of the pickles, such as spices, may be sourced from farther afield.
